Air Tahiti publishes two flight schedules a year: a spring schedule (from april 1st to october 31st) and a winter schedule (from november 1st to march 31st). More details. The complete list of passengers (full name as shown on their ID) will have to be sent at least 30 days prior to departure.

Our airfare is all taxes included. Please note, fares and taxes may be subject to change without any notice.
CONDITIONS:
- To hold your booking, we will need some non refundable deposits as follows :
- 155 000 XPF before June 07th, 2016
- 230 000 XPF before July 06th, 2016
- The balance will have to be paid before August 09th, 2016
- Your booking will be cancelled automatically if we do not receive any payment after the due dates.
- We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Master) and/or wire transfer. Please see the details in the attached document.
Cancellation policy: In case of group cancellation or itinerary change, the deposits stated above will not be refundable.
In case of any name spelling error or modification requiring the reissuance of the e-ticket, fees of 3 000 XPF per ticket may apply.
Group size reduction :
- From June 07th, 2016, penalty fees of : 6 500 XPF per seat cancelled
- From July 06th, 2016, penalty fees of : 9 600 XPF per seat cancelled
- From August 09th, 2016, penalty fees of : 16 000 XPF per seat cancelled
- Baggage allowance on our flights : 10kg per person. For more information on baggage allowance, carry on, please check our website.
- Check in time for groups is 1h30 prior to departure. Our check in counter closes 30 minutes prior to departure from Tahiti to the Marquesas islands, Australes Islands and Tuamotu. It is 20 minutes prior to departure from/to the other islands.
- We do not assign seats on all our flights.
- For security reasons, each passenger will have to present a valid passport at the Air Tahiti's check in counter.
- If you arrive from an international flight and depart the same day on a domestic flight, please make sure that you have enough time between those two flights. More details.
